Peach Festival
It's the Annual Peach Festival! Celebrate all things peach on the museum lawn with music, food, kid's activities, local shops, and non-profit demonstrators. It's the peachiest time of the year!
Summer isn't complete without visiting the Peach Festival on the lawn of the museum. Peach pies! Peach slushies! Peach games and contests!
General Information
First Saturday in August; 10 -3
Held on the lawn of the Taylor House Museum at 208 N. Main Street in Berlin, MD, Peach Festival offers live music, non-profit and local vendors, contests, and children's activities. Free to enter.
Buy Peaches (and more!)
First come, first serve! Buy fresh peaches before they run out. Buy peach pies, peach ice cream, and peach slushies. Local small businesses sell goods while demonstrators explain their craft.
Performers
Enjoy the music of the Bilenki Duo, then catch a cooking demonstration by local Chef Phillip Cropper. On the north lawn, take the kids to Storytime, then be dazzled by everyone's favorite, Magic Jack!

Peach Pie Baking
BAKERS! Think you have what it takes to be the next Peach Pie Baking Champion? Enter this year's contest! 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes will be awarded.
ONLY 12 ENTRIES will be accepted and bakers must be amateur home bakers. Registration deadline is August 1. Pies must be delivered on the day of the festival between 9:00 -10:00 am, and include a list of ingredients.
Worcester County Health Department rules stipulate that pies with perishable ingredients such as custard, ice cream or whipped cream may NOT be entered.

Pie Eating Contest
Try your luck at being the fastest eater! Contestants will compete against each other to determine who can eat 1 pie/cupcake down to the tin in the fastest time.
Wait for the signal to start – once signal is given contestants hands must remain behind their backs.
Winner will be declared after the participant swallows the entire pie/cupcake. Nothing should be left in the mouth.
Judges will determine the winner of the contest – all decisions are final.

Interested in joining us? We invite you to submit the form below to be considered.
Please note that vendors must be:
- local small cottage business WITHOUT a store front
- food based, preferrably peach themed
- properly permited with WC Health Dept
- not a duplicate of another vendor already selling
IF YOU ARE CHOSEN FOR THIS YEAR'S EVENT:
We will send you the full application to fill out and return with the vendor fee of $100 for a 10x10 area; non-profits and demonstrators are free but will still receive an application.
